I bought several over the years. Grandkids use at daycare and now school and I use to go to work. I live the chill tray because on road trips the food stays cool.

Amazing lunch box that keeps food cool until lunch, I was super sad when I melted the cover on the hot stove. When I was unable to buy a replacement, Abby from customer service was able to assist!

This is a great lunch box for our daughter but the hinge has broken on 2 of ours so far. The company is fantastic to honor their warranty and have made replacing it extremely easy.

My son received a chill bento lunch box. I really do love this as we can have a option to use the chill pack. However the locking mechanism is broken. Customer service will be provided a new bento box. Which is great Customer service.

These backpacks are excellent and helpful to avoid having to send your child with multiple things to carry. The insulated lunch box area works well and even has a place for an ice pack. Excellent customer service as well.

I bought the bentgo kids chill for my daughter at the beginning of the school year and it has been amazing. She is 3 and she can open it on her own. It’s also keeps her food perfectly separated and chilled until lunch time. Will be buying more!

We purchased two lunch kits, one functions great but the other stopped closing properly and with lots of force I can close it but then it randomly pops open. Excellent customer support though!!
