I love the concept of keeping food cold until lunch- there's nothing worse than a lukewarm string cheese... I did struggle to keep my box latched once the ice tray was froze, but i reached out to customer care, and they were quick to send me a replacement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 4 year old who is a super picky eater. We had a hard time getting her to eat her lunch prior to getting a Bentgo box. The Bentgo box allows her have variety and it makes it really easy for me to make her lunch as the compartments serve as a guide. I let her pick what goes in 2 of the compartments and she loves to be a part of it. The fact that this version has a tray you can freeze to keep it cold is a huge bonus. We used to use an ice block prior. The tray also comes out to make it easy to wash. Highly recommend this over the boring one item lunch.

I bought this lunchbox for my son for lunches at daycare about ten months ago. He LOVES his lunchbox! He is now 19 months old and he’s able to use it with some help to open and close it. It’s easy for him to carry and it’s just the right size to be able to grow with him through school age. About a week ago the clasp of the box broke off when I was packing his lunch- I contacted Bentgo and they responded SO quickly and are replacing it under the 2 year warranty. I really appreciate customer service that ACTUALLY serves its customers.

My daughter loves her new Bentgo Mermaid scales bookbag and lunch box. The book bag has a lunch box compartment that is perfect for packing lunch daily and keeping food temperatures stable so my daughters lunch is always fresh. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a must have if you pack you kid school lunch daily. We have a 4yr old daughter that goes to Pre K4. She such a picky eater so my wife packs her lunch every day. We were introduced to the bento box by a family member who has triplets. She no longer packs their lunches, because then are much older now, so she gifted them (2 bento box) to us. 1 had a broken hinge but still works and 1 was still in great condition (Green one found in the attached photo). After a week of using these, we love them so much that we went and order another one to replace the broken one. To our surprise, the one we order (Pink/Blue) was even smaller. We are now 3 months into the school year, and we just got this latest Bento box (Blue/Green) to try. Compared to the 1st two, the newest one is rounder on the side and it only has 1 latch to lock instead of 2. Newest 1 also has a removable ice pack that is found underneath the tray. One thing that I like about the newest 1, beside the remove ice pack, is the lid. When open, it stands up instead of flipping all the way open / laying complete flat on table. With COVID currently, I feel like this act as barrier, while she is eating lunch.

We had bentgo lunch box for years and loved it so purchased chilled box too. After for a while the hinge broke but the customer service offer the replacement. They stand by their product. Chilled box is great for summer and for cold lunch. Love the sectional which encourage to put variety of foods also love the design/color too. I wish it’s a little bit lighter for little one to carry in the lunchbox. We loved so much bought 3 different kind of bentgo boxes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great container for kids lunches. I like the individual compartments and I love that it has the slide out freezer pack that is underneath the food to keep it cool. It opens easily and closes tightly to keep food fresh.

I let my little guy pick out his own lunchbox this school year and he choose the bentgo box. He absolutely loves all of the different compartments for different snacks. It is very convenient and perfectly portioned for my picky eater, i also love the icepack, he eats lunch at 1045am so it works well for him.

I purchased a bentgo backpack last year for my son who was just starting kindergarten! He loved his backpack so much! The lunchbox compartment is absolutely amazing and so convenient. The quality is very nice as well I just wish the side mesh pocket could be made out of a thicker type of a fabric as it’s very easy to break just by putting a heavy water bottle in it. Other than that it’s an amazing backpack and I’m purchasing another one in a different print for my son to start first grade this year!

We love these lunchboxes. My girls love the bright colors and separate compartments. I love that they are leakproof and prevent messes in backpacks and cars. My girls can open them on their own! We love to bring these on longer car rides filled with snacks.
