I really love this book bag for my daughter! She picked out the print and absolutely loves it. I find the attached lunchbox on the bottom so convenient so she doesn’t forget her lunchbox at school! I also really like the adjustable cup slot on the side so you can have different sized cups. The only thing that I’m upset with is that I didn’t get one for my other 3 kids.

The lunchbox itself is amazing. Doesn’t leak, seals nicely. Keeps food fresh and the ice pack insert is perfect. Eliminates any issues of food being warm by lunch time! :) my only complaint would be that the grey color scheme stains REALLY easy and is hard to get back to its original color. We love them both but the red and royal blue one doesn’t stain like the grey one.

Really well made and appreciate all the pockets. Wish the bottom cooler portion fit the matching lunch box, not just the bentogo bento box alone, but the backpack is roomy enough that my daughter can fit the matching insulated lunch box into the large pocket of the backpack and uses the bottom insulated pocket for her snack. We really like this backpack!

Cute but not big enough for 3 ring binders. Appreciated how fashionable it was and the side pockets for water bottles, front pencil/pen pouch and bigger zipper pocket but it’s not big enough to comfortably fit a 3 ring binder. Just an inch wider and longer and we’d be golden. Please improve this, such a waste to have a cute bag and not fit all school items.

The one we got is too small. The compartments are tiny and better suited to a toddler than a 5-year-old or school-age kid. I love the functionality and the look of this and am really disappointed that we can only use it for snacks. We will be looking for something bigger and trying to find a thermos as well.

Best investment for my families everyday lunches, even my 4 & 5 year old love to pack their lunches they think it’s so much fun!! Heck even I do!! These backpacks are life with my younger ones so small they are perfect to have lunch and school folders together also the net pocket on side is great for any size water bottle.

I got the Bentgo kids chill lunch box for my grandson for Christmas. He literally jumped up and down with happiness. He loved the color, the sturdiness, the chill pack and the rubberized grip around it making it easy to hold on to. He said all his friends have them and he was excited to join them. Who would have thought a Bentgo lunch box would be such a hit as a Christmas present! LOL

I got one of these for each of my kids (ages 6 and 8) and it's so much easier to pack a lunch that they'll actually eat at school without having to put things in individual containers or ziplocks inside a lunchbox. Everything stays in place and looks yummy when they open it up at school. The optional ice pack is really handy for keeping fruits and veggies fresh on warmer days.

Great concept, slow delivery. Built-in ice pack is genius. Great colors and sturdy feel. Seal/bumper also seem durable. It took about three weeks between placing my order and receiving it. Accurate delivery timeline would be welcome - if it’s going to be 3 weeks, just say so.

We love this lunch box! I was so happy to finally have a good option for keeping my kids lunch cool! The only down side is that it is difficult for my kids to close (mostly just the kindergardener) and sometimes the ice pack can become stuck inside of the try and it takes a little wiggling to get it out. Otherwise, an awesome lunch box option!
