You can fit a lot of food in here, I really like the separate compartments, and mainly IT DOESN’T LEAK! Which is amazing. We also love not having to deal with missing food storage container lids, very convenient. I would love to be able to buy multiple ice packs to freeze so that they’re ready to go each morning. Very happy with this.

We've been absolutely in love with the 2-in-1 Bentgo Backpack! 🎒😄 This backpack has been an absolute game-changer for my boys. Not only does it have all the compartments and space I need for their daily essentials, but that extra waterproof/lunch box compartment is a stroke of genius! I can confidently toss in their water bottles or any damp items, knowing they're safe and dry in their own little sanctuary. It's like having a cozy raincoat for their belongings! As a new dad I didn't know where to go for a lunch box. You always want the best for your child, right? Well, lunch boxes have changed since I was a kid and I was recommended Bentgo. The box is a great size, the chill feature works well, and I'm glad we went with this box. Plus, with kids - it can fall and you don't have to worry about it breaking or everything going everywhere. I'm happy with the purchase. Not to mention, there's a great 2 year warranty. We had a small issue, called them up, and in less than a few minute phone call - we were taken care of it.

Quality backpack and love the lunch compartment so that my kid doesn't have to bring another bag. My qualm with this bag is that it doesn't fit a regular size folder without curling the edges. Which makes for crumpled paper. Please consider making an inch taller to fix this. My next backpack purchase will be bigger

This is a great backpack. It has space for everything my son needs and the lunch compartment on the bottom is very handy. However, the drawstring was very weak. The first time we used it we put a water bottle and gently pulled the drawstring and it detached from the backpack. Customer service has been great and is currently replacing the backpack. Give stars for customer service!

We bought 2 backpacks and two lunch cases for our twins. We love the lunch cases and also the size of the pockets in the bag. The only complaint we have is one bag ripped where the velcro is. Thankfully customer service is helping us with a replacement!

When I first received the item I was excited to use it but after a month mold starting growing rapidly on the snack and lunchbox. I followed all cleaning instructions to try to get rid of it. Vinegar/bleach and water hand washed. I really do like the box and it keeps food cold for a lone time.Customer service is excellent.

This bentgo box is great, but unfortunately the box won’t close properly and keeps opening. I love the idea of keeping my sons food cool, but it makes a mess for him in his lunch bag. Hopefully it’s only a defect and I can get a proper replace ment.

We bought a few of these a year ago and after a little while, it became impossible to get all four sides of top to snap shut. I can usually get 3 sides snapped if I spend a minute to do so, but the last side never fully shuts. We have taken care of it the way instructions note (too rack dishwasher safe). The issue is that, food items/liquid spill out since it can’t be completely shut. When my kid returns from daycare, the backpack is completely covered in food and has to be washed because the box couldnt be closed shut. So, not worth it-especially at the high price tag.

Bought a set of lunch boxes back in Feb 2022 and over time, it was difficult to shut the lids closed. I contacted customer service and Angelou responded quickly. Within 4 days, I received the replacements. Would recommend. Love our Bentgo lunch boxes and other products we have purchased!
