Doesn’t latch very well, which creates a mess! Concept is cool but the frozen ice pack prevents it from closing, even without the ice pack it doesn’t stay latched.

Love the sleek design and color! Ice tray is awesome at keeping my kids lunch cold. Super happy with this upgraded version after years of using the original Bentgo.

Really love this bentgo box. It’s great for keeping my kids food chilled for days out and it’s pretty compact so it’s easy to store. The only thing I wish could be improved upon is making the main food compartment a bit wider to fit bulkier foods.

My daughter loves this for school and it is so nice that you don't have to pack a lunch box with an ice pack. It seems to be well made and easy for her to use. The built in ice pack lasts long enough to get her through school.

I love that it has a built in ice pack, that's so handy and I feel like it will keep food cold longer since it's on the inside. My kids eat a lot so I do wish it was a little bigger but overall it's great!

They aren’t leakproof at all my daughter has applesauce in hers and by the time it was lunch she couldn’t eat any of her food because it was everywhere. Also they don’t keep things cold for very long.

Perfect size to throw in a purse or backpack! I use mine for me and my kids on tournament weekends, and after school sport events. It makes meal/snack prep easy.

Backpack is way too small. Doesn't fit a regular sized folder without the sides being bent. So disappointed for the price, these things aren't cheap!

Looks nice but unfortunately it easily stains no matter how much I scrubbed the stain is still there
