I have had it about a week. Have only been using it for 2 days. Had to wait for my son to come & hook it up for me.

I have loved HP for many years but was disappointed on this one. Very hard to set up and you get it to print one minute but not the next

Extreme difficulty connecting to the printer to print documents. Unable to print excel and word documents. Can only print PDFs.

Easy to set-up instructions. Good black /white and color print. Also bought a HP computer and they work beautifully together.

It was the simplest process for installing a printer I've ever had. And the print quality is excellent.

It's alright. Not really what I expected for the money. The one it replaced (8610) was much better, and cheaper.

Easy set up and great quality printing

Item arrived with defective ink cartridge needed to set up and operate.

I had to support to fix wireless isue

Love the ink tank concept. Now if only I can get paper to feed and actually pring anything.
