Theis the best printer I have ever had! The refillable ink is a huge plus. I also like that I can send my print jobs wirelessly.

This printer has all the features we needed: high quality printing, four colors in tanks instead of cartridges, connected easily to my computer.

And even when it does decide to print - often there is a delay. Sometimes the printer just drops the network and I have to reconnect in the app

It’s a high quality printer and printer good quality picture but for a picture it takes around 10 minutes to finish.

I found the print quality to be good, however, the paper feed is not as smooth as it should be and stalls/jams if I’m not monitoring the print job.

The printer disconnects from the wifi and turns off all the time. I don't use it, it was a waste of money.

Printer gets errors & I have to figure out how to fix. No internal diagnostic & tools to fix. Sorry I bought iy

It prints beautifully and I love the ink process. I didn't know it doesn't print 2 sided and I used that a lot so that's disappointing.

Just using it in home for picture, patterns & everyday papers. I wish was double sided printing. You can have everything for such a reasonable price.

I can print from my laptop but not my iPhone or iPad. Printing and copying is very easy. Although I haven’t figured out how to print double sided.
