Works essentially as advertised, but I struggled a little bit with calibration due to my curved screen TV. I haven't been able to get the backlight to be anything but a uniform color around the TV, unlike the images in the listing that show it appearing to have at least 4 color zones.

This product is really cool and definitely enhances the watching/gaming experience. I love the responsiveness of the sensors and the chip. I have about 6 govee products total, and I just realized that I can map all these lights to the TV and set up their location based ob where you are sitting. So the entire environment reflects whats the on the tv. Amazing experience.

I bought two of these kits - one for my 65” LG OLED in my living (upstairs) room and one for my 77” LG OLED in my basement to add to the ambiance of TV watching and my man cave. So far both have been excellent and do a great job of expanding the viewing area (Through light) of my TVs to add to the effect of watching movies and putting ambiance on our TVs when we aren't watching them but are in the room. I only set them at about 50-60% brightness and it puts out more than enough light to add extra visual effects to any movie. Haven't tried it yet with video games but the color matching works really well with the image sensors.

The Govee TV lighting scheme is awesome. The lighting blends with any tv picture making it soft lighting adding a wonderful aura framing our tv. For every day tv viewing, we no longer have a secondary standing light on adjacent to the tv, only a small 25 watt lamp behind us. For movies we do not use the 25 watt lamp which immerses us into our program. Yay Team Govee.

Installed on tv as directed. Had to play with the saturation and coloring as some of the colors were not matching up as expected. Also, the clips for holding wire on back of tv were flimsy and poorly held the cables. Therefore, had to buy something third party. Overall, pretty good and adds to my tv watching.

Real easy to set this up and it adds a cool backlighting effect to movies. I've been wanting something similar for years and this was a good value and works great. Probably took less than 10 minutes to install and run through the configuration process

Took a little time to dial it in, but once set up this is an outstanding system and an enjoying it very much

Arrived as described. Fairly easy to install and get up and running. Enhances TV viewing pleasure. Would buy again if needed. Well worth the price.

Best thing I've purchased for my TV, backlights are amazing and enhance my movie viewing experience.

I really like it but the only issue I have is getting the color balance right. The struggle is with orange, will shift to red or pink.
