Love this versatile storage unit

Love this shelve. Second one i bought

I really expected higher quality but definitely didn't get that. The metal seems flimsy, and the height adjustability is pretty limited. The manual has a contact email for replacement parts, so I was hoping to be able to purchase an additional shelf, and they said they aren't available for this model. I will probably use this for a different purpose than originally intended and find a different unit that has more functionality and stability.

Shelves shipped without liners. I may just return the thing, I'm not even on step one and there's already obvious problems. I have zero confidence as their Q%26A appears to be non-existent.

Strong heavy duty just wish the size was marked better on the box as it’s 6 inches too wide for where I wanted it to be. But the quality is top notch!
