Easy to install

The unit is perfect for my kitchen. I have looked for awhile to find something just right. The liners was something that I really wanted. I have a very small apartment so this is the perfect find. I couldn't believe the cost was so low. I have mostly appliances on the shelves to free up counter space.

Great value

Strong, sturdy, and easy to move around even when loaded up on each shelf. I can move it easily when I have to sweep the garage area. Likely will get at least one, possibly two more.

Solid and sturdy. although they should have used better casters that didn't severely limit the weight capacity per shelf. Be aware that the closed metal around the rim of the shelves is sharp. Other than that, they do what they are supposed to do.

Sturdy shelves at good price. Tricky assembly because of poor instructions I struggled with the plastic sleeves that hold the shelves in place. The instructions never mentioned that there’s a specific top and bottom to each plastic piece, and I couldn’t see it because they’re simply stamped in and I was unable to read the stamping. I watched a YouTube video and the woman explaining the assembly mention, there’s a top in the bottom to each piece and that it would be stamped on the outside! There we go everything was fine after that! The shelf is holding well and now I am very pleased, but it was stressful in the beginning of assembly

This shelf was easy to put together and decent quality for such a low price. But BEWARE the box info stating the 1200 lb total weight limit for all shelves is ONLY if you use the stationary foot option. If you use the wheels option the total weight limit drops down to 330 lbs. That’s a loss of nearly 3/4 of the weight limit for just using the wheels option. The box info is rather misleading. I didn’t notice the weight limit difference until I had put the shelf together and saw it listed in the instruction manual. I definitely would not have bought it had I known. It should have been more clearly stated on the box instead of it being micro print.

Unlike most wire shelving units that use plastic wedges to position the shelves, the vertical tubes on these are scored only every 3 inches instead of every inch, greatly reducing the flexibility of shelf positioning. And unlike the Seville brand, the frames around the edge of these are made from thinn roll-formed sheet metal instead of heavy welded wire. The shelf grids themselves have about half as many wires at twice the usual spacing, and the "durable" liners that are included neither remain in position well nor provide a sufficiently stiff surface to keep things like power tool handles from digging into them. Because they are so thin, flexible, and slippery on both sides, they tend to try to slide around under things when loading the shelves instead of providing a secure surface; they're really just not useful, and I'll have to cut some MDF panels to replace them. Overall, this shelf unit is more of a K-Mart quality than a Member's Mark item, and I can't advise buying it.

One of the legs was stripped so we weren't able accurately screw in one of the wheels so the rack is lopsided. It would've been too much to gather everything and return it so we just made it work and stuck it in the corner somewhere. Overall its fine could've been made better.
