not to say everything else is bad, because i know other products work, but these are perfect. i use for overnight and daytime use and need a lot of protection. these work. they feel good. they don't show through clothing. they don't leak after several hours. I could not select "fit" above but for my size, they fit perfectly. and at the stated size, medium fit the way i expected and was hoping they would. they are great!

I was surprised that the overnight underwear for women is rated less than the ultimate pads. The underwear is rated a 5 and the ultimate is rated a 6. I use a pad in them for overnight just to be sure. The fit could be considered a little small based on the sizing on the package. I rated it a 4, but effectiveness a 3.I wish they came in colors and were better looking, more like a real pair of underwear.

Tried a few different brands for my mom who is 94. Since I am her son this kind of stuff is not my forte. She wore them for a day and she wanted me to buy more. Some of the others leaked, but not these, some thought went into making these and the fact that you can tear the sides when taking them off makes my job easier. No need to look at other brands anymore.

I like Tena brand because they are the best fitting and the price of these is easier on my budget. I also like the natural feel of these overnight pullups, they are very comfortable. I dislike that they aren't absorbent enough, especially for overnight. They leak! I have to wear booster pads with them! Tena could do better on the padding which is sparce in places, not overall solid padding. Other like LivDry & Tranquility have better absorbancy.

I was sent a sample and i am ready to purchase a pack. I am sold, this item is amazing, u can feel the thought, love and consideration that was put into designing this product. I feel so safe especially when i go to sleep, no leaks or smell or discomfort.

Quality of Tena products is by far greater than any product we've used for our special needs daughter who is incontinent. I sure wish your product could be on the list with Home Care Delivered, Richmond Va. as we use this mail order company and get products that Medicaid will purchase So for purchase for night and when we go out we need better protection so we love Tena Products. The new overnight pull up and overnight pads are the best product out there. Thanks so much.

I use them day and night, they are the best I have used so far .I wouldn't mind having the sides a little more obsorbent If you sleep on your side that's where it the urine goes I use the overnight pads in the day and the pads and underwear at night.

I mostly use at night and if I'm out all day. I like that it holds more liquid than other brands. But there is one change I'd like. The panel should have padding up to the waist band. When sleeping, if I can't get up in time, the liquid travels up the backside and out the un-covered area. I wake with a mostly dry underwear except where it came out of the back. I started buying bed-pads to keep the bed dry.

They are perfect for overnight protection. I don't have to worry about accidents anymore. The only thing I wish Tena sold an extra small size for women to wear at night. The small size is a bit too big but it's the better fitting underwear than all the other brands that I have tried. Thank you Tena

Due to my incontinence I depend on disposable underware and pads. I tried the overnight Tenas and never switched back to any other. They are the most comfortable and don't have to keep pulling them up, they fit great. I would recommend these to anyone who is dependent on these products, you won't switch back.
