I can wear this underwear overnight or daily and do not have UTI issues. Recommend these underwear completely as they are dependable and comfortable.

Yes, I will only buy TENA products and the Briefs hold the leakage very well, but I wear another pad with them.

Product is awesome!! They work the best, but they are too expensive for me to keep using! I am disabled and live on SSDI and it's just not enough to afford them!

I do not like this type of Tenna products as they bunch in the center and make a mound and when you have an accident, you pee outside of the pad and it runs down your leg.

I don’t buy these from you, but I’ve been using them for about 4 years. I tried a few others but, for me, these were the best by far. Everyone talks about Depends, but I thought they were awful! With that said! In my last order of these I thought I had gained weight when I put them on! They were a little tight! I finally did some Googling and found out you’re playing with the sizes. Not real happy about that, especially since large would be too big for me. Don’t be like Budweiser or Cracker Barrel! Leave them as they were or separate Small and Mediums! Good Day!

Fits xl better, xxl is uncomfortable, tight. Padding is good
