I can wear this underwear overnight or daily and do not have UTI issues. Recommend these underwear completely as they are dependable and comfortable.

It's a comfort knowing Tena hold up during the night for me. I can actually get about 6 hours sleep.

These are not a small medium. These are way smaller than they used to be I couldn’t even get them pulled up.

Due to health issues I require a lot of absorbancy, the over night level has worked well for me. Very little leakage.

Unfortunately I need these things, and these are the best ones I have found after trying several brands.

The Absorbency is the best out of all the other products we've used. They are more expensive then most other products in this category.

I thought I was just me but after reading these reviews I realize they have changed and yes they leak.

leakage is very rare with this product, but I need to change quite often. I would like it if padding was a little bit thicker
