As the caregiver, I have ordered Tena Overnight Underwear for my wife who has Parkinson's disease. She has tried several others brands but likes these the best. From my perspective, these have also been the most successful.

Tena has reduced the size of their small/medium overnight underwear. i have purchased this size for months.. now they are too small. Why did they do it? Now I must return all the pkgs I purchased and choose another brand.

The product is as good as ever but the size change was done without any notification so I purchased the S/M that I’ve been wearing for years and got underwear that was way too small.

Best product of this type I have found on the market. It fits me best and is the most absorbant. I only wish it was easier to find the XL size in stores.

I have tried most of every night Tena, panty was fitting great. The panty held all wetness. The other panties did not fit well. The Black panties are nice for daytime and the white panties for overnight.

With any other underwear that says overnight I still have to change every 4 - 5 hours. With the Tena Overnights I can sleep for 6 - 7 hours before having to change. Nice nights sleep.

I ordered these for my Mom who is 93. She was having problems at night with leaking. These solved the problem. I only wish I could buy at my local stores.

This product is more absorbant than any of the others i have used. I use them at night and when i travel or shop. I have very little control so these are a blessing.

Tena has changed. the xl fit. it is smaller. I bought this, and I was highly disappointed to find out that they "shrunk" the size. I have to try the xxl now. Tena should have given a heads up! 😕

The containment of a leak was truly phenomenal! Tena has the right technology and it is not overstated. They have made a major improvement to adult health care! Thanks Tena!
