As the caregiver, I have ordered Tena Overnight Underwear for my wife who has Parkinson's disease. She has tried several others brands but likes these the best. From my perspective, these have also been the most successful.

ive wore large in this brand for 4 years. i ordered them again the other day. not paying attentioon i opened a pack. they were so small i couldnt get them up above my hip. i dont know if they packaged them wrong or if they changed sizing .

Products work great, I purchase them for my clients, but frankly am tired of being asked to create a review in every package of pads or diapers I buy online...very annoying....

I don’t like these, I bought these before and the elasticity in the waist was a lot more flexible and these don’t stretch at all. They don’t fit my mom. I don’t know why it was changed.

Works well for slumber Does not last the whole night Still requires a midnight bathroom visit and a fresh. Overnight pantie. Fits snuggly. Worry free if you set the alarm to get u. Up 2-3 hrs aafter bedtime

I buy this for my 98 year old mother. She is able to use get in and out of them without assistance and they last her all day / all night without leaking. Incontinance products are not cheap. but I find these to be worth the money.

This is by far the best product of its kind. You can wear these in confidence that you will not leak during your sleep and they are comfortable and effective for any activity or time of day or night you may choose.

Only one star. Reason being that the sizes have changed. Size L was perfect. XL is way too large and the now size L is too small. Loved the underwear, but can’t deal with new sizes.

I have tried most of every night Tena, panty was fitting great. The panty held all wetness. The other panties did not fit well. The Black panties are nice for daytime and the white panties for overnight.

It is a near-miraculous improvement to have added the air-exchange feature. The old-style diaper products for adults were like wrapping the body in plastic bags. Rashes result!
