Always trying other brands because of price. Well as I tell myself why!! Tena fits and I want it to fit and feel like good old fashioned underwear. Not those bikini style, I'm too old for those and I don't like them!!!! Wish they could lower the price, but I'm tired of shopping around. Tena from now on for me..

My mother is 88 years old with the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and is experiencing incontinence issues. This Tena overnight product is a God saver. The absorbency of this overnight panty is the most we've experienced so far. There is never any leakage and through the night mom's incontinence problem is solved. We would be lost without this product. Sometimes we also use the Tena overnight pads as an extra precaution because mom does not wake up at night to go to bathroom. We highly recommend both Tena products.

I have been buying the XL size Tena overnights for 10 years. Xl has always been 47”-66”. Received today’s order and the size on the package is 39”-52” I need the larger XL. Now is see on line that my size is XXL. Otherwise they are very absorbent when you have the correct size.

They changed the size but did not inform us that they had done so.

The new sizing was confusing but now realize that I must go one size larger.

They run way too small otherwise I would recommend.

Why did you change the size of these? It doesn't make sense to me for the size change.

I was sent the old version of the small/medium. The advertisement was for the new better fit.

they work if you stay still. if you turn over the legs bunch up. not comfortable
