The label does say that it’s not a high absorption product - it’s good protection for quick trips but not for overnight wear

The absorbency is great. The sizing is a bit off. Tight at the waist compared to the other item in the same size of Tena

I don’t know the full story. Mom likes this brand the best. She has tried all of them at one time.

I have used Tena overnight for years. I got a very large supply recently , packaged in smaller than usual packages. I’ve always used the s/m size but these were extra small. They weren’t called extra small but they were, I liked the way they hugged my butt, preventing leaks, but were hard to pull up. The smugness did stop leaks. So I can live with them being a little tight. I think they are toddler pampers! Lol!

I have a real issue with a leaky bladder. This has become a real issue when I am sitting in a dentist chair, and have to be excused to go urinate halfway through my appointment. These "panties" are wonderful! I can sit through the appointment, and any leaking is caught and more than adequately contained in the panties....same results with shopping sprees...I can get through my grocery shopping without wetting myself, how embarrassed I have been! Shopping is again an event I can look forward to, as well as lunch in the park, etc.... Even when shopping in department stores, I have wet all over myself trying to get to the restrooms which are always at the farthest corner of the store! Thank you so much for providing me with a wonderful solution to my problem, allowing me to once again enjoy my Tuesdays and Thursdays out with my cousin, as well as being able to sit for an hour in the dentist chair for dental work I am having done!

These are the best Overnight Underwear that we have found. My wife is bedridden and so we use the Overnight Underwear on her. They are, by far, the best we have purchased. The quality is there and the absorption is wonderful. The aides who look after her all praise the Tena Underwear.
