Initially we absolutely loved these pans. The non stick was better than anything we’ve ever had, they cooked evenly and were so easy to clean. BUT, there’s always a but isn’t there? Within two weeks they were scratched and chipping. We never use metal utensils, always wood or silicone, don’t stack them in the drawer they stay in, basically do everything “right”. For the premium price I expected them to hold up better. Will be returning them as I cannot see them lasting six months at this point.

The non stick on my skillet stoped after a couple uses. Everything sticks. Tried cleaning, oil, everything. The pots are fine but the worst skillet I’ve ever owned.

beautiful pans.. but lots of factory flaws. all but one pan came with scratches and chips in them. Some pans had multipleissues. will be taking them back in the morning.. Step it up kitchenaid..

Had to return as the big pot came chipped already on the sides where the lid would rest! I wanted to keep the set so badly, however this made me skeptical about how easily they would be damaged with normal cooking even with extra care.

If I could I’d rate this 0/5! Such a waste of money. I bought this on March 27th. My pots and pans are chipped and stained. I’ve tried every solution on trying to remove whatever it is on the bottom of my pans but nothing seems to work. It’s very frustrating because this is my second cookware set that I’ve had to toss and now I’m going to bite the bullet and purchase the hexaclad cookware. I cook daily and if my cookware can’t withstand daily cooking then it’s useless to me. This was a big waste of my money. Ultimately I’ll be throwing this away. Save your money! It was on sale at Sam’s Club at the time I purchased it and I understand why. Mind you it was still $150! For what? This junk. It’s not good whatsoever.
