Good heavy duty set. The non-stick is debatable. Nearly everything we've cooked stuck and wasn't easy to clean up

It’s easy to clean although I would t use anything rough to not damage the enamel. Not sure how well the enamel will last as I boiled eggs on the first use and a ring stain formed inside the pot. Lastly, the pot heats well and quickly, making the cooking process speedy.

Their ceramic construction makes them very light to hold but also very durable. Since the set comes with almost everything needed to cook, it is a very versatile. One downside would be that since this is a ceramic, heat retaining might not be best and cleaning would be a bit of a hassle since it can not be scrubbed with hard material

I used this set to cook an entire meal and didn’t need much else. It covers all the bases. Heats up faster than any other cookware I have EVER owned. Cleans like a dream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the KitchenAid Hard-Anodized Ceramic Induction Saute Pan for a few days now, and it’s quickly become my favorite piece of cookware. The heat distribution is excellent and completely even across the surface—no more hot spots! I love that the ceramic interior is nonstick but without any of the toxic coatings, so it feels healthier to cook with. It’s incredibly easy to clean—food slides right off with just a rinse or gentle wipe. The helper handle is a thoughtful touch, especially since the 5-quart size can get heavy when full. The design is sleek, sturdy, and feels built to last. It works perfectly on my induction cooktop and is oven safe, making it super versatile for recipes that start on the stove and finish in the oven.

You can cook a huge one-pan dish or fry up your favorite foods with ease. It holds a good amount of food and weight, still cooking evenly. The lid sits securely and snug, allowing even heat so the food cooks at the top also. Not one thing stuck to this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t think I could get food to stick to this if I wanted too! Great nonstick surface and has always been so easy to clean. Only complaint is the helper handle and the handle on the lid get VERY hot while cooking. I know some of my other pans don’t have this issue. The size is great. I have an electric stove so not sure if a gas stove would cause discoloration or anything. All of my other pans are stainless steel so switching from those to cooking on non stick was a little bit of a learning curve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan seems to have even heat distribution on my coil top, even though it is very light. However, it does not sear, but scorches. For that reason, I probably wouldn't recommend this pan. It's very easy to clean and heats quickly, but that same extremely smooth texture is what holds it back from being a solid recommendation.
