The company has changed the firmness of this pillow. When you lay your head on the pillow it sinks all the way to the bed. (I am not a large person) The company has reduced the filling therefore no support is given to head and neck.

I’ve been buying these pillows for a couple years, and they were great! Just bought a couple at the end of September and the seam on the end is now very poorly stitched on the new ones. After one night of sleeping on the pillow, the end busted open. Won’t be buying these anymore…

I was hoping the neutral/negative reviews were wrong, but I had the same experience. It's a shame considering they seem so fluffy & supportive at first, but that doesn't last long. Now I'm waking up with knots & sore spots in my neck about half the time

Was excited to get a pair of these pillows for a good deal. They feel soft, fluffy and comfortable. A week in the seams on one side ripped off and exposed the enteral material. Took out the sewing machine to sew them back together. Should have just returned or exchanged them. Maybe I got a bad batch???

I have purchased these three times over the past years. They have always been very comfy from the purchase date to the day they were thrown out. To my surprise the pair I just threw out was thinner than the new pair. I am not sure what to think of that but it does not matter to me.

Absolutely amazing! Bought these for my college dorm, and they have been nothing but comfortable and extremely fluffy. I love that I can lean back on them to support my back when sitting up, but also lay my head on them when I need to. They are a bit big for the cover I bought (wide), but they are still good nontheless.

I am extremely unsatisfied with these pillows. They feel nice, but after pulling them out of the package I smelled mold. I'm extremely sensitive to mold so now I have a migraine & some pillows that I don't even want in my home. I've never been so disappointed with anything I've purchased here.

We brought these pillows home about a year ago, and at first they were good, provided support and overall we were happy with our purchase. About four months ago they went flat! We started waking up with back neck pain. They look nice, but sorry to say, they don't hold up!

Best all around pillow I've ever bought. I've bout pillows that cost $100 each and these ones from Sam's where only $7.50 each. I lay my head down and almost fall asleep instantly where with my other ones I take an hour or so to crash out. We are buying 2 more sets as spares incase they quit selling them. We highly recommend this product.

We have queen and king sized mattresses, bought the king sized pillows first and they quickly became a favorite. Bought the queen and we're just as impressed. They are just the right amount of soft and firm and they are breathable (very important for some of us with hyperhidrosis). We've bought more expensive, gel infused, cooling and all sorts of other comfort claiming pillows before, but these are by far our favorite.
