Only a couple months old and they are flat in parts and lumpy in others. They did not stay fluffy at all. I am not sure if I got defective ones or what. I tried washing them and that made them worse. Going in the trash as soon as I get something new.

I have bad back, neck and shoulder pain waking up every morning. Tried many pillows, buying it from different stores to online.. even trying orthopedics pillows that are expensive, but none work. I decided to try this pillow after reading reviews on it… and OMG!!! My morning pains went away! I am a side sleeper and this pillow does it it. It is firm but yet soft and it keeps its shape. My 5 year old love it so much she ended up taking the 2nd pillow. I will purchase again! Great price for 2 pillows with great Quality!!!

I’ve been buying these pillows for a couple years, and they were great! Just bought a couple at the end of September and the seam on the end is now very poorly stitched on the new ones. After one night of sleeping on the pillow, the end busted open. Won’t be buying these anymore…

I like firm and these are far from. Kind of a big let down, I was so excited and looked so nice, got them in the cases and my head sunk right in. So I'd have to sleep on the very edge to solve the problem. I sleep with two pillow and now this is my bottom pillow and my old ones are still firmer than these new ones so I'll use them, I need to be propped up so it all works out in the end but still a let down their nice if you don't mind soft pillows.

I am extremely unsatisfied with these pillows. They feel nice, but after pulling them out of the package I smelled mold. I'm extremely sensitive to mold so now I have a migraine & some pillows that I don't even want in my home. I've never been so disappointed with anything I've purchased here.

I bought 4 of these, 2 to add into our master bedroom, and 2 to add to the guest room in case they wanted extra pillows. They appear very soft and comfortable and our family members who spend a weekend with us and used them said that they were great. However, we have been using them in our master bedroom as well and have noticed that while they were originally fluffy and comfortable, they have become MUCH more flat VERY quickly. Overall, I'd say these are a valid option for a rarely used guest room, but not something I'd recommend for every day use.

Best all around pillow I've ever bought. I've bout pillows that cost $100 each and these ones from Sam's where only $7.50 each. I lay my head down and almost fall asleep instantly where with my other ones I take an hour or so to crash out. We are buying 2 more sets as spares incase they quit selling them. We highly recommend this product.

The Members Mark brand from Sam’s Club is legit. These pillows are huge and fluffy, the bath towels are amazing, and the sheets are superb. I used to waste my time waiting on sales at department stores and clipping coupons, but no more! I’ve been a Members Mark convert for 3 years and I’m never looking back. My bed looks like something out of a Hilton or Marriott advertisement.

Really loved the pillows! Ordered a second set after one of the pillows started losing its fluffiness…Thought it was from my heat flashes at night. Didn’t realize after reading the reviews that this is what the pillows do after a short period of time.

I decided to repurchase after 2 years of having these exact pillows. These pillows now are completely flat after 2 weeks. Quality has changed and I’m completely disappointed. The old one still had firmness just knew it was time for new ones. Today I’m going somewhere else to get new pillows yet again. These are only good for a sham because they won’t be slept on!
