not to say everything else is bad, because i know other products work, but these are perfect. i use for overnight and daytime use and need a lot of protection. these work. they feel good. they don't show through clothing. they don't leak after several hours. I could not select "fit" above but for my size, they fit perfectly. and at the stated size, medium fit the way i expected and was hoping they would. they are great!

they seem to now run small.

I've been using other underwear for a while and they sometimes leak so I thought I would give these a try. Having the snugg leg openings is great. They are not too tight and aren't uncomfortable at all for me. I'll be buying these for now on.

Found the brand and products by accident in another country. Now I won't use anything else. They really work better than anything else, Cannot buy the products locally so I buy them on line with complete satisfaction.

I have MS and had a fall. I had been using a bedpan several times a night causing my caregiver sleepless nights day after day. Now with Tena Overnight, he and I both sleep better. The absorbency is wonderful and I don't feel wet.

I've tried everything. Urinary incontinence, moderate. TENA is the only unisex product that men can actually use. Quality all around. Good elastic, rate of absorbtion and retention all excellent. No slipping down. Just a good product all around.

I'm stuck in bed right now, due to an injury, and slow when I get up. These help so much, I don't have to worry about about leaks at all, and I can take my time to get to the bathroom.

Tena has the best underwear fit is great, protection is the best and when wearing have great confidence that I will not have any moisture leaks. Only problem is there a bit expensive.

Just got these in a free sample pack. I'm a big guy and the xl fits me perfect. Very comfortable and doesn't show through clothing when worn under panties. Absorption is great and doesn't leak like others. Will be buying these from now on!
