These are my favorite for overnight protection. I've tried a lot of different products and I always go back to these. My only complaint is that they ride to low in the rear. They didn't used to do that. Something has changed in the construction to make them sit lower in back.

Due to my incontinence I depend on disposable underware and pads. I tried the overnight Tenas and never switched back to any other. They are the most comfortable and don't have to keep pulling them up, they fit great. I would recommend these to anyone who is dependent on these products, you won't switch back.

not to say everything else is bad, because i know other products work, but these are perfect. i use for overnight and daytime use and need a lot of protection. these work. they feel good. they don't show through clothing. they don't leak after several hours. I could not select "fit" above but for my size, they fit perfectly. and at the stated size, medium fit the way i expected and was hoping they would. they are great!

I had been using the Tena Heavy Protection Super Plus for my Mother. When the Overnights came out I presumed they would be better, not. With the former she was dry the next day about 75% of the time. With the Overnights it's about 25% which may be generous.

I finally got my free sample kit of TENA Overnight products. My care giver tried the Overnight underwear in medium size on me. It may have fit well. But it wasn't as absorbent as another brand i use. I leaked through that underwear onto my bed clothes. I would not recommend this product!

Why would you down grade a product that was a five star to a one star? I have been buying the Tena super absorbent overnight underwear (with the seven droplet absorbency Factor) for years, and have loved them, but now I constantly wake up in a puddle which is disgusting. Being disabled at homebound I need a product I can rely on. I've started searching for another product to replace as far inferior product.

Quality of Tena products is by far greater than any product we've used for our special needs daughter who is incontinent. I sure wish your product could be on the list with Home Care Delivered, Richmond Va. as we use this mail order company and get products that Medicaid will purchase So for purchase for night and when we go out we need better protection so we love Tena Products. The new overnight pull up and overnight pads are the best product out there. Thanks so much.

I got the ones for overnight in L per the company's sizing code. They're cut small I've been extremely UNHAPPY with this product. 1) thin material, they tear to easy & I can put my finger thru the material if they don't rip down the side 1st as I pull them up ****2) they're to short in the back & barely come up high enough to even cover my butt. (I put on like they say w/ the blue stripe in back) I'm constantly trying to pull them up as they feel awkward being so low in back

Ordinarily I don't need these, but I recently injured my hip and I'm spending most of my time either in bed or my recliner making it painful and takes some time to get around, so these are great. Way more absorbant, no leaks, comfortable, and I have one less thing to worry about, until I can get the surgery done.

I usually don't make comments on products, but after reading them, I decided I better try these out for myself. Finally I found a brief that doesn't leak, or worse yet, falls apart when it's completely wet and you have those gel beads that gets all over the bed! I must say thank you Tena for making the best overnight incontinent brief!
