I'm looking for other briefs, as this new product is far inferior to.the old when it comes to absorbency. I have leg leaks when I'm lying in bed and leaks up the back when I'm sitting. The new brief is so thin...not up to my standards for an overnight brief. I also use 2 pads inside the brief for extra absorbency. I don't feel I should have to do that.

I have multiple sclerosis, which has caused me to have Bladder incontinence. Because I am not mobile, getting out of bed quickly is not an option when I have to go to the bathroom. This leaves me with having to go many times in bed. I've learned to deal with that as it's just a part of the disease. However, I have struggled to find a product that has kept me from leaking on to the sheet. I resorted to using bed pads underneath, while still wearing a pull-up. I'll be honest, Depends are far from dependable. I have tried to get them to work for me for over a year and I am tired of waking up with wetness all underneath me. I ordered a sample of the tena overnight underwear, and I found I had no leaks. I didn't know if it was a fluke or if I I didn't pass that much urine, but after using the Depends again and leaking, I decided to go for it and buy a package of the tena overnight underwear. Since having them, I have gone to the bathroom in them three times. I still use a pad underneath for extra security just in case, but each time I have gone, the pad is completely dry. This saves me money by not having to buy additional pads along with the other products I have to buy for incontinence. It also feels a little cleaner not having urine all over. So far, I am pretty impressed. You read a lot of reviews and you don't know who to believe, and I suppose each product works differently on a person. But, I have found that the Tena overnight underwear are the best for me. Thank you for finally designing a pair of underwear that has full coverage on the bottom, is pretty true to size, and is still comfortable. The only thing that I wish the designers would change, is to add a little bit more padding in the rear, higher up, since women tend to urinate and it goes towards the back.

Been using for 1yr+. Just opened recent order. Can’t even pull them up? They’re not the same pull up waterproof underwear! No warning, now no pull up waterproof underwear? I’m disabled, elderly, living alone. Must have waterproof underwear? Now what? Looking for a “new brand” of adult waterproof pull up.

I will be the first to say that these are perfect for men or women! For some odd reason, companies make these "mens underwear" that never fits right, are made out of sandpaper, and do not hold a lot. I suffered a very nasty bladder infection that left me with urinary incontinence. So I have been on the search for the perfect all around pull up. I have been using the Always discreet underwear up until now. Forget those completely. The Tena pull ups are the best, I have get to have a single leak. Wearing them is like wearing a cloud. Extreme softness all around. Thick but not too thick, so perfect for out and about activities. They are extremely discreet, so even if the waistband sticks up or out while bending over, no one will really know you're wearing pull ups. I am only 23, so flying under the radar is usually what I'm looking for. But these diapers make me much more comfortable and brave. I will now be purchasing more and more, and telling everyone who has similar issues to try tena. They are by far the best! Thank You Tena!

Thank you for this product!! the briefs are much more comfortable than the regular ones, so soft and stretchy and absorbent, with a fuller seat - I have been using them during the day also because of the comfort, even though they are a little more expensive. No chafing at the leg opening, full comfort all day, I would forget I'm wearing them, if it weren't for my frequent need to change them. Please use the same fabric and cut in all your briefs! Of course, I would also appreciate a lower unit cost since I have to use several during the day and I'm on a limited income.

They are perfect for overnight protection. I don't have to worry about accidents anymore. The only thing I wish Tena sold an extra small size for women to wear at night. The small size is a bit too big but it's the better fitting underwear than all the other brands that I have tried. Thank you Tena

I've been using the Tena Overnight pull- up for my elderly mom (who is still partially continent) for several years. I have tried several other overnight products. This Tena Overnight is still my first choice. The material is soft and the padding is wider in the back portion for better coverage. But, the absorbent area is not super bulky so it allows you to better adjust the crotch area unlike some other products. I like that the pull-up has full coverage in the back which is hard to find in other products. Other brands I have purchased have thick padding in the crotch area but the panty itself does not cover one's backside like these do. We occasionally have a leak but it is usually if she has not urinated well prior to going to bed. We use this pull- up also when we take her to doctor appointments or anything outside the house for extra coverage.

Have been using for Years! WAS Perfect. Always rated 5! No more! Buy for two family members as well as my own. Have been “New and Improved“ and rendered Absolutely Useless! So disappointed! Now a new search of all products available for my family. Your previous product worked for us. Your change has affected our family so negatively!

I have been wearing these for years. They are the only ones I like. I have been wearing large. My 4 packages came in today. I can’t get them on. Absolutely hate new sizing. Should have been told ahead of time about change. Now I’m stuck with these packages and have to wait for new order. Hoping xl fits. In meantime I have nothing that fits. Other then this change I love product!!!

Since I have started using these, they have worked great! Use them exclusively for day and night. Someone at Tena told me the Overnight Intimate Underwear were just for women. I love this product and it feels so good, holds well and have had little if any problems with it. Leaks out the leg gathers sometimes when I sleep on my side but otherwise works great for me.
