They may say for women hut as a man they're great. I like wearing them because they're thick and feel good between my legs. Very comfy and do a good job holding all my pee. Highly recommend them to men and women. I got my mother in law to try them and now we both wear them.

These are my favorite for overnight protection. I've tried a lot of different products and I always go back to these. My only complaint is that they ride to low in the rear. They didn't used to do that. Something has changed in the construction to make them sit lower in back.

I use them day and night, they are the best I have used so far .I wouldn't mind having the sides a little more obsorbent If you sleep on your side that's where it the urine goes I use the overnight pads in the day and the pads and underwear at night.

Quality of Tena products is by far greater than any product we've used for our special needs daughter who is incontinent. I sure wish your product could be on the list with Home Care Delivered, Richmond Va. as we use this mail order company and get products that Medicaid will purchase So for purchase for night and when we go out we need better protection so we love Tena Products. I don’t buy these from you, but I’ve been using them for about 4 years. I tried a few others but, for me, these were the best by far. Everyone talks about Depends, but I thought they were awful! With that said! In my last order of these I thought I had gained weight when I put them on! They were a little tight! I finally did some Googling and found out you’re playing with the sizes. Not real happy about that, especially since large would be too big for me. Don’t be like Budweiser or Cracker Barrel! Leave them as they were or separate Small and Mediums! Good Day!

I will be the first to say that these are perfect for men or women! For some odd reason, companies make these "mens underwear" that never fits right, are made out of sandpaper, and do not hold a lot. I suffered a very nasty bladder infection that left me with urinary incontinence. So I have been on the search for the perfect all around pull up. I have been using the Always discreet underwear up until now. Forget those completely. The Tena pull ups are the best, I have get to have a single leak. Wearing them is like wearing a cloud. Extreme softness all around. Thick but not too thick, so perfect for out and about activities. They are extremely discreet, so even if the waistband sticks up or out while bending over, no one will really know you're wearing pull ups. I am only 23, so flying under the radar is usually what I'm looking for. But these diapers make me much more comfortable and brave. I will now be purchasing more and more, and telling everyone who has similar issues to try tena. They are by far the best! Thank You Tena!

I got the ones for overnight in L per the company's sizing code. They're cut small I've been extremely UNHAPPY with this product. 1) thin material, they tear to easy & I can put my finger thru the material if they don't rip down the side 1st as I pull them up ****2) they're to short in the back & barely come up high enough to even cover my butt. (I put on like they say w/ the blue stripe in back) I'm constantly trying to pull them up as they feel awkward being so low in back

Due to my incontinence I depend on disposable underware and pads. I tried the overnight Tenas and never switched back to any other. They are the most comfortable and don't have to keep pulling them up, they fit great. I would recommend these to anyone who is dependent on these products, you won't switch back.

I am so pleased with the overnight effectiveness of the Tena Overnight underwear. After my cancer treatments and kidney failure, my bladder leaks and doesn't hold long enough to get to the bathroom. Now I can go to sleep and not worry about leaking during the night and having to change everything in the middle of the night. A wonderful product!

Went on a trip and forgot to bring my protection. Stopped at a chain store and rejected the "house" brands immediately. All that was left were Tena so I thought I'd take a chance.
