The sensitive care Tena overnight breifs have a barrier lining that keeps leaks away better than any other brand I have used. They far exceeded my expectations. I an very happy with Tena Sensitive Care overnight.

These are great. They keep me dry all night and I wear them during the day also. The price is worth paying for them. I always buy by the case. They keep my bottoms dry when I’m out and running errands or have appointments

I am very happy with the product but I feel that if the waist band came a little higher on the size large then I could use them better for day wear. They are the most comfortable of all other underwear I have tried, thank you very much.

I have tried several different brands. I keep coming back to Tena intimates overnight underwear. In fact I use them during the day also. It is a great product.

There’s no way sm/med fits, squeezes and extremely TIGHT. I just lost $45.00 cannot wear them. I am a true size 8/10. Waste of money and very expensive and disappointed. Horrible!!

An obvious change in size makes these that I ordered barely fit a child. I have worn these for at least 10 years, but the new sizing is ridiculously small. I had to return all of them.

This product is more absorbant than any of the others i have used. I use them at night and when i travel or shop. I have very little control so these are a blessing.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and have tried other pull-ups before. These overnights are truly leak proof. My mind is at rest knowing the pull-up will hold at least three eliminations so I can get a good nights sleep.

We have tried many different overnight pull-ups for my husband that always leaked. If he keeps the Tena overnights pulled up so they are up in the crotch of his legs these really hold a lot. No more leaks! We all get a much better nights sleep!
