[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vanilla flavor definitely tastes like melted french vanilla or vanilla bean ice cream. It’s a fairly thin texture & very sweet. I don’t love that it contains milk because I have to drink it extra slow. But for those with a sweet tooth & are new to protein shakes, this would be a good one to ease into it. I love all things vanilla, but apparently not liquid vanilla 😂

I was so excited to try it as I am on a weight loss journey and was hoping for a new thing to toss in the mix but this will not be the one for me. The package was cute as you can see looks like something I would buy but just not my cup of tea. Also I expected it to be thicker and it was really thin.

It had a nice thick shake taste instead of being watery like some other protein shakes. For the cost it is a very affordable option for meal replacement and easy to pack on the go.

I know the highlights of this but between the stevia and watery! texture this is a definite no for me. If you're used to or like stevia based drinks maybe you'll be okay with it but no thank you, not for me.

The Oikos vanilla protein shake is really sweet—honestly, it tastes more like a milkshake than a typical protein drink. It’s super creamy and smooth, especially when it’s ice cold (seriously, don’t skip chilling it first). Make sure you shake it up really well, too. I also tried adding a splash to my iced coffee this morning and it was SO good. Totally works as a high-protein coffee creamer if you’re into that kind of thing. Overall, this one surprised me in the best way. Tasty, filling, and actually enjoyable to drink. I’ll definitely be stocking up to have this as my morning drink as I drive to work each day! I found many great attributes to this protein shake but I did not care for the taste. The sweetness was just the right amount. The packaging was nice and bright. Has really good ingredients. Contains prebiotic fiber and no artificial sugars. The only thing I didn't care for is it tasted watered down. I was looking forward to a thick and creamy texture but that was missing. As far as the ingredients and what they are made to do it's great though. 30 grams of protein is very nice. It just wasn't for me.
