[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I must confess that I loved this drink, it has a soft consistency, it is very light as if you drink water, it is not thick. And it has a very rich flavor, it’s still soft and doesn’t overwem you with so much sugar. Now that’s good because it says it brings 1 g of sugar and for the gym I like it. Probiotics and not artificial sugars. I recommend it to anyone who likes a healthy life without a doubt.

You can definitely taste the vanilla which is really nice. I do taste a hint of the protein flavor but nothing like others that I have had. I found it to be a light protein shake, easy on the stomach, which is nice to have before bed or first thing in the am. I would like to try more flavors.

I didn’t mix it with anything, but I did drink it chilled. I can’t say that it held my hunger over for a few hours, but I would definitely try them again.

I really like the texture of this protein shake. I feel like so often they are malty and this was smooth and consistent. The value is great and it keeps you full while giving 30 g of protein!

To describe the taste further, think of someone attempting to make a healthier version of vanilla soft serve that never fully set. The flavour is a light vanilla milk without the dreadful protein powder drink flavour or feel. Texturally it is more similar to an oat or even pea milk rather than standard milk. Another pro of this is the extremely low sugar content compared to many other pre-made protein drinks. I do appreciate that even though the beverage is in plastic (usually a huge pet peeve of mine) it can be recycled with your usual home recycling opposed to the pain of terracycle packaging.

The ingredients are good and effective. They taste great and I like the variety of flavors. I will always purchase these!

The Oikos Vanilla Protein Shake offers a lot of protein for the amount of calories. It has a thinner consistency and doesn’t have an overwhelming whey protein taste like some brands. It’s the right amount of sweetness. While it’s not my favorite protein shake, it’s not bad overall and a good backup to my favorite brand.

Love that it has 30g of protein. Will not be making this my go-to shake but is a solid option if needed to mix it up.

Not only is it delicious, it's packed with protein which is exactly what is needed after a hard workout. The packaging makes it easy for travel. Smells like a little desert too. Just delicious 😋
