This protein shake was creamy and had the texture of milk. It tasted like a melted Wendy’s frosty and even my kids loved the taste. It’s easy to transport and I took it with me on the go. I love the amount of protein for the calories too.

It is a good pick me up and boost, and the flavor is pretty nice. In fact, I unexpectedly drank it so quickly that I forgot to take a photo for my review. If you're looking for a protein drink, I think this is a good option.
