The monitor picture is incredible. Its so clear with this resolution being higher then 1080P HD. Its fast, and has plenty of RAM for all tasks with a good amount of storage. I love the smaller tower - i actually put it on my desk top rather then on the floor because of the size. The wireless keyboard and mouse were a nice touch. overall im pretty impressed

Fast enough for our use. The 27” monitor looks great and the small computer is easy to move out of the way. 16 gb of RAM and a 512 gb SSD are more than adequate for our needs. The price was very reasonable as well at $650

No problems setting it up, got programs load, files transferred. Has always there are always issues, things are different then the old one. My old one was probably close to 10 years old.

This is a great desktop setup. I work from home and needed a bigger monitor for spreadsheets, and this has been the perfect solution. The 27" screen gives me plenty of space, and the whole setup isn’t bulky at all. I also appreciate that the wireless mouse and keyboard were included. Overall, really happy with both the performance and configuration.

This computer was a very easy set up, and is so fast. It is very user friendly. I have had it just a week or so, but expect to use it for a long time. I really like the expandability of the ram and storage. The big screen is awsome.I loved having everything in one box. You will need speakers.

Hate McAfee and Norton. Have my own antiviral software.

I ordered this PC for my pastor not realizing it didn’t come with any speakers. To be honest I didn’t even think about audio because the last PC’s I’ve bought have all been laptops, tablets or AIO’s that had speakers and I just didn’t think about that. I wish Gateway would send a Bluetooth sound bar to everyone who has purchased this PC. Other than that the PC is fast, screen size and resolution is great and mouse and keyboard are good and it has lots of ports to plug devices into. Last Gateway I purchased was a 386 boat anchor with speakers included and the box was a cool spotted cow look.

Couldn't get the bluetooth keyboard or mouse to work - using my old wired ones, instead. some other little issues. No real instructions included. Bluetooth does connect to my phone, though.

Everything was ok until I received an email with a you tube attachment. Low and behold, there was no sound. After several phone calls and having to deal with an AI assistant, I learned that there are no speakers included. At the very least, the ad should let the customer know that there are no speakers. Especially for the less tech friendly. (like me)

Great screen clarity but no sound! We just received this computer and it started up great, wonderful graphics, but no sound whatsoever. There seems to be a Realtek Audio Console showing in the apps but when clicking on the volume in the task bar, says no audio device installed. I tried to connect with my bluetooth phone, tablet, UBS-C tablet, but no luck. I cannot find support on Gateway other than links to Youtubes that provide no information for this type of problem. I will likely be returning it as I can't find any way to connect with sound. Very disappointed, looks like a great machine otherwise.
