Overall love these

I love these and they are great for potty training. Only complaint is that this starts at 2 years of age as size, and my 19 month old is starting to potty train and 2Y is too small around waist and hard to pull down. Wish it came in more variety of sizes.

We love these training pants with my sons!

I have 4 little boys, and so far have potty trained three of them. While I would like to say that they were all trained within a few days, that just isn't the case. In fact, 2 of my boys night trained MUCH later than they day trained. We love using Pampers Easy Ups Trainers, even at night. They pull up and down like real underwear, and they have characters that the kids love. They are absorbent and keep everything contained instead of all over the bed. I like that they wake up with clean sheets, but can also use them like regular undies when they need to use the toilet. Thank you, Pampers!

Could Improve Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While training pants are meant to assist in potty training, they often need to be changed like a diaper. Other brands feature side openings that are a little less cumbersome than tearing the sides, which seems like a bigger deal when you've got an upset toddler and a mess on your hands (literally.) Personally, I would rather skip training pants altogether this time around since they're basically a more expensive version of diapers.

Potty Training is Hard

Potty training is hard. You are constantly cleaning messes and doing laundry. We use both underwear and pull-ups depending on if we will be going out or staying home and at bedtime. They are our little insurance policy against BIG MESSES. Love them!!!

My son loved them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved these and definitely helped with having fewer messes to clean up (if you know what I mean 😜) My son loved taking them off when it was time to use the bathroom and putting a new one on.

New design equals new problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pampers had always met our expectations on products for our children, but this new design is AWFUL! Leaks from all sides now and is not as absorbent. Used to be able to use the product for at night accidents, but am washing sheets many, many more times. Its not worth it and now have to start trying other options. Why did Pampers have to mess with something that was working so well?! Also, not a big deal, but the new elastic type sides seem to catch my kids toes when they put them on.

We redesigned our Easy Ups, in hopes that they would fit more like real underwear, and we also added more absorbency, so it’s certainly odd that you’re experiencing leaks. We know how important it is to ensure your little one stays on track with potty training, and we’d like to help. We want potty training to be easy for your little one, including when putting them on. Sometimes leaks happen because there isn’t enough absorbent material for a baby’s urine output, which could mean your baby is ready for a larger size. So that we can help you further, please give us a call at 800-726-7377.

works great if you're not willing to go cold turkey.

These worked well for our little girl. We were hesitant to go straight from diapers to underwear so these helped us out. I think potty training takes a little longer if you go the easy ups route though. My kid would purposely go in the easy up since she knew it was still an option. Overall, we are glad we used them.

Best pull-ups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried these while potty training but my son felt like he was wearing a diaper so he just peed in them. I think it set back potty training. Underwear helped him with potty training, I would suggest only using pull-ups at night. They're very good quality pull-ups though. Only brand we buy is Pampers!

Nice but not Changing Friendly w/o Side Tabs

I have loved pampers from the moment the hospital put them on my now 2 1/2 year old daughter. The are soft, do not irritate my daughters skin, and are absorbant to protect from leaks. My daughter was very excited about the Dora logo when we picked out the pants in the store and we all stayed excited until she had an accident away from home and then started wearing them at daycare. First, she had an accident with me - which of course I expect she will have many as she masters this skill - getting the pant off was easy - I just tore the sides, but then I had to completely undress her - shoes and all to get a new pant on because there are no side tabs. Her daycare has the same issue and they deal with it more often with more kids to the point they have asked me to consider getting a different brand that doesn't require her to be completely undressed every time she has an accident. So for the first time in her life I will buy a different brand diaper for this very simple design flaw. I am truly sorry to see our Pampers go.

Pampers fit my daughter best and the sides don't irritate.

Pampers pull ups fit my daughter the best. They are easier than diapers, although I can't say they have helped in her potty training- she just is afraid of the potty itself. They absorb better than other pull ups and the sides NOT being velcro dosen't irritate her skin.
