Works great for baking. We are following a vegan diet, and this product fills in for eggs when used as an ingredient in recipes.

I waited a while because egg replacer was out of stock. So glad to have it now and can get on with muffins and cake again.

Hit or miss for me. In some things it works perfectly, but it’s ruined every batch of brownies I’ve tried to make using it.
