They don't leave any taste in my mouth and I don't have fish breath or burps, thank goodness!

I have been taking these daily since I got them. These pills are pretty big but the outside is smooth so goes easily down with water. I take it in the afternoon after lunch. I don't get any fishy aftertaste in my throat. I was worried about that when I started taking them, also no fish sleep when you open the bottle. I like the potential benefits of taking an Omega-3. I'm almost 40 so these last handful of years I've been really taking care of myself both mentally and physically. I think everyone should work taking a Omega -3 daily.

Excellent fish oil and company. If you ever have an issue they will make it right. These have ifos rating and are the rTG form which is the best type available. These are comparable to a few high dollar brands but usually a better value per capsule. I been using for yrs.

These are not very easy to swallow as they are pretty large. I also have not been able to tell too much of a difference in my health. I don’t feel I’m any stronger or weaker in my immune system or in my pre and my post work outs. The one thing these supplements have mad me do is burp. A lot. And when I do it takes and smells like fish which makes me want to gag. I am not convinced that these risks are worth the benefits

Omega 3 fish oil supplements have really been helping lessen the severity of my ADHD without using medications. This is great for brain health, you may not feel an immediate difference with any fish oil supplement until it has time to take effect, which may be weeks or months, but it is definitely worth it. Fish oil is also great for your joints and heart health. I have not experienced any fishy aftertaste with this brand. The capsules can be a bit big but that can be said for any fish oil supplement.

Been taking these for a few weeks and I will highly recommend no negative effects. This fish oil comes with a daily dose of fil oil with enough omega-3 as in 3 regular pills on the other fish oils. This makes it way easier to take than 3 separate pills and the size is still manageable .

I am completely blown away by this. I did do a little research on the benefits of this vitamin and I must say I did notice a difference in myself. I had a little more pep in my step, mentally felt good and all around I truly believed this vitamin supplement is the reason why.
