Omega 3 fish oil supplements have really been helping lessen the severity of my ADHD without using medications. This is great for brain health, you may not feel an immediate difference with any fish oil supplement until it has time to take effect, which may be weeks or months, but it is definitely worth it. Fish oil is also great for your joints and heart health. I have not experienced any fishy aftertaste with this brand. The capsules can be a bit big but that can be said for any fish oil supplement.

Hard to say that it's "working" necessarily but I believe it's important to get your Omega -3 nutrients and since I don't consume a lot of fish this achieves that goal. It does not taste real fishy and I don't seem to get the "fish burps" after words either. Overall happy and will most likely buy again.

My husband had been taking omega 3 fish oil supplements so I wanted to give these a try. These were pretty easy to take. You only need to take one a day. They aren’t small but they don’t have an unpleasant smell or taste so it’s easy to get down. There are a lot of benefits of taking omega 3 so I’ll continue to take these and see if I experience the benefits.

I have been taking these for a few weeks now and I must say I will not be switching back to my previous brand. These come in a small container that is well sealed and easy to open. Not only do I just have to take a single pill instead of 3 but they are also very easy to swallow. Another huge benefit is I don’t get the fishy or garlic burps after. Fish oil is my #1 supplement - helps with so many different aspects of health. I take this in the evening after dinner, and experience NO fishy taste or aftertaste. The pills are also 'frosted' and sturdy - ie, they won't easily burst (this can be a problem with other brands - if one pill in the container bursts, it ruins the whole batch!) But no issue with that here. This will help with my knee and back pain and I couldn’t be happier!!

I got these for my 17-year-old daughter, who takes visual oil on a regular bases, but had been complaining that the fish taste was catching up with her midday. These don’t seem to have the same effect and she likes them a lot better. I would highly recommend.

Fish oil is fish oil... Right? Not quite! When I have an already impressive stack of vitamins to take for the day, three fish oils is a lot to swallow, literally! Withe the SR triple strength omega 3 its much more convents to help my joints. The pills are not three times larger and seem to be easy to swallow with little to no water. I have taken fish oil for many years and the effects seem to be on par with the others I have taken. Defiantly recommend for the simple fact its only one pill.

Easy to take even the gel pill is kinda large. No aftertaste whatsoever. I've experienced no upset stomach as I have in the past with a product like this. I feel it is helping my digestion as which helps manage my weight. It's also gluten free which is good and you only have to take one capsule a day instead of the usual 2-3. Made with Alaska pollack fish and has the highest recommended mg in fish oil and omega-3's. I will purchase and I do recommend.

I really like those soft gell omega 3 capsule , they are really easy to take even if they are pretty big and there I no bad after taste which I happy about. I also cut open the capsule and give some to my son and he likes it and so far this is the only brand that he agrees with and takes ot without any fuss. I really recommend it if you are looking for a good quality omega 3 fish oil this is the best in my opinion
