I have had so much Rheumatoid Arthritis relief since I started taking this vitamin. I was skeptical, as I hate taking fish oil. however, this is in a capsule, no funky taste! my knuckles can crochet without pain. I can play with play doh with the grankids and no pain. Thank you!
