My doctor has recommended that I take Omega-3 Fish Oil as a dietary supplement to support my cardiovascular health. The most important one for me is that it is manufactured in the triglyceride form for better absorption and no burping fishy taste. Next is the high levels of EPA and DHA fatty acids so that I only need one pill per day. It is made from wild caught Alaskan pollock and is GMO certified. I like all the statistics of why it is a great product, but I really like that it is helping my cholesterol numbers go down with such little effort. One can only eat so much flaxseed a day! I've always been hesitant to try fish oil because I just knew it would taste bad. But after a couple of weeks of taking this supplement, I haven't had any fishy burps or bad after taste. I'm pleasantly surprised! And the capsule really isn't that big, so it was easy to swallow. And only one pill needed. If only I had know how easy it could be. But this one is terrific, it's the best part, no fishy smell, soft gel is easy to swallow. I'm taking the supplement every morning after breakfast to avoid upset stomach. The soft gel is not too big and when I first opened the bottle, it didn't smell fishy at all. Some other brands that I tried before, it has either the fishy smell or some weird smell that I cannot take it. The label is very great in details, it also states how many mg of Omega-3 and total fish oil contains in each soft gel. I love quality products that do not have GMO, gluten.
