These fish oil capsules go down easily--quickly and slippery. I've not had any aftertaste from them, even after a burp. I believe taking Omega-3 fish oils are supposed to be good for your brain. I don't know if they work or not, but I've been taking this type of supplement for years since they can't hurt. I also sometimes poke one and squeeze it onto my cats' food, especially since I have one who has very dry skin, and the oil helps. Just wish they used a mixture of fish as their source and not just one type.

I actually like these! I feel more energetic when I take these Omega-3 fish oil softgels. No upset stomach or fishy taste. I noticed that my skin is softer and not as dry. My skin (especially my legs) get extremely dry in the winter. I realized I didn’t have to put any lotion on or very little on my legs or arms since taking these. The softgels are large but easy to swallow. I just take them with a mouthful of water. I also received a free bottle of elderberry gummies. The gummies contain Vitamin C and zinc. I didn’t expect a free bottleso thank you SR! The gummies are delicious. I just take 1 or 2 a day. If I feel a tingle in my throat or a sign of a cold coming on, I take the 2nd gummy and the problem goes away. I got these to replace another type of omega-3 I was taking, and I must say, they're fairly easy to take despite their larger size than many capsules. I haven't noticed any fishy burps, or unpleasantness when taking or after I've had them in my stomach for a while either. Now, I can't really say how well they're working since it's not something I'm noticing a direct immediate benefit from, but assuming they're as good as they claim, and considering they live up to the promises when it comes to taking them, I'm quite happy so far.

I have had so much Rheumatoid Arthritis relief since I started taking this vitamin. I was skeptical, as I hate taking fish oil. however, this is in a capsule, no funky taste! my knuckles can crochet without pain. I can play with play doh with the grankids and no pain. Thank you!

I have taken fish oil supplements off and on for years. This, in my opinion, is one of the best. One of my biggest complaints in other supplements is 'fish burps'. Ugh. If you know, you know. Very unpleasant. These do not do that. I appreciate that I can only take one because it has the strength of 3 regular softgels. Big plus right there. I highly recommend these to anyone looking to add fish oil to their regimen.

I tried the Omega-3 Fish Oil capsules because research suggests how great Omega-3 fatty acids are for the heart. I exercise regularly to keep my heart in shape by walking bricking, doing aerobics, and dancing. I added the Omega-3 Fish Oil capsules to my diet which consists of fruit, veggies, grains, and lean meats. I don’t like fish too much so I thought these capsules could be the best way for me to get fish oil into my diet without having to eat salmon, trout, codfish…etc. The capsules are easy to swallow. I took mine with meals because when I took them on their own, I could taste fish from the capsules repeating on me. Even with meals, I could still taste fish when the capsules repeated on me. I am not keen on that fact but I do highly recommend these capsules if you want to take Omega-3’s for your health. Maybe they won’t repeat on you as everyone is different. I might just take them anyway because sometimes the health benefits of something outweigh those little annoyances.

Got these omega3 supplements a few weeks ago. I normally do not take omega 3 supplements and I thought they might be a good fit for my health needs. The supplements are easy to take, but they do have a small scent that Reminds me of my dogs food. I may just be sensitive!! However, I am not certain I will continue.

Once again I am attempting to compensate for the lack of seafood in my diet, and these are helping in that struggle. They're large like most fish oil pills, but not overbearingly so. They also don't leave a fishy aftertaste or make me nauseous after taking them like some of the other ones I've tried.

This works well, just be prepared for the fishy burps for the rest of the day. I know it’s pretty typical and Pat for the course. But still slightly unpleasant.the pill size is manageable and I have no issues taking it. I do prefer the fish oil vitamins as I feel they are more effective for me.
