This is a very good supplement if you’re looking to add health benefits to your diet! It’s made of high quality ingredients and it’s stronger then most so you are able to take less of them and for me that is a very big plus because I am not a huge fan of taking pills a lot. I have not experienced any cons with this supplement!

I got this for my husband because he suffers with osteo, rheumatoid arthritis and gout. This fish oil has really worked wonders on his joints. He hasn't been as "stiff" as he usually is. Anyone suffering with any type of arthritis needs to try these.

We picked up these fish oil pills about four weeks ago from a local pharmacy store. There are so many benefits from taking fish oil every day. It’s just too many to list. This brand has no aftertaste, no burping of nasty fish tasting smelly burps. These are the real deal. I actually went out and picked up an extra two bottles just as back ups.

I guess the question one would ask is, "Do I need triple-strength Omega-3 Fish Oil?" No idea, probably something to ask one's own doctor for personal health concerns. Generally speaking 3 grams (3000 milligrams) daily is considered safe so this specific triple strength is well under that measurement. How well this specific product works as for as reducing triglycerides is to be determine (Dec is my yearly check up). But I do check my blood pressure regularly at home and it's solidly in the normal range and always have been. But we are always looking for that etra edge. As for as typical side effects fishy tast, breath, upset stomach, nausea, I have not experience any of those negative effects. I will note these pills/capsules are fairly large. But, the gel capsule is easy to swallow.

I have been taking these since they came in the mail. They go down easily. There is no bad taste when taking them, and there is no after taste. Sometimes when you take Fish Oil, and you burp, there is a bad taste, with these, there is no burp or that taste. I enjoy taking these so far.
