In regards to the effects of supplement, there was no negligible difference between sports research and other mainstream vitamins we were previously using. However, this definitely gave us the fish oil burps, which is not appetizing before or after you've ate. I lingered about an hour or so but it definitely wasn't fun. Maybe taking them at night would help?

I am trying to be healthier. I have watched my mom and my uncle take Fish Oil my entire life. I have added this into my daily plan, and I have to say I have energy, I don't have a craving for sweets all day and I sleep better at night. Added with a daily exercise and better eating habits I can see a change in my body, This is worth using daily.

I got these 3x omega 3 fish oil pills because i was tired of taking 3 pills a day not to mention its really not good for your stomach! I get all my benefits from just 1 pill and i love it. they are easy to swallow(they're not huge pills) no weird after taste.They are made from wild caught alaska pollock oil...what more could you ask for in 1 pill!! I will be purchasing these from here on out!!

I have never been much of a seafood eater so this is a great vitamin for me to be taking. I am getting older so this is an important one for me. These are good for my heart and my brain and I am just feeling better overall. I don't taste anything either when taking them. They are large and may be a little hard to swallow for some people but I got used to them quickly. I take just one a day with food and I will continue to use them!

Alright now I'm a little skeptical about any fish oil products because I usually get a sick feeling after I take them. This product surprised me by only having a miniscule fishy burp. Almost unnoticeable, but still there. I would recommend this Omega-3 Fish Oil product because it didn't give me a nauseated feeling.

I have started the Omega-3 fish oil; it is easy to take, no after taste. I have not been using the product long enough to see the results yet. I do have some health concerns that the Omega 3 is known to help with. I am committed to seeing the long term effects.

I wanted to wait a while before posting a review so that I could make a fair evaluation. It's difficult to make claims that they are a miracle cure as everyone is different but I can say that for me they absolutely work. After trying several different ones these are the ones I will continue with. I really do feel better. Arthritis is a lot easier, digestion and regularity better. Over all the benefits of taking one capsule a day (which is a little big but a large swallow of water and it slips down easily and no horrid after taste) have been amazing. I also feel better in myself. I move around quicker and I have more energy. These are definitely the ones to get.

I have never been a fan of fish oil capsule supplements, they make me gag due to their awful fishy smell, I have tried so many brands, but was lucky enough to get this one made by Sports Research, it has absolutely change the way I view fish oil, it has no fishy smell nor the after taste and I only need to take one per day, this is a great supplement, helps with high cholesterol and also my eye sight.
