This sure beats other fish oils. I used to take another brand but it required me to take 3 capsules. This concentrated formula is great! Only one pill to take makes it so much easier. There is no after taste, and I love the size of the bottle. The other brand I used to use had a bottle the size of a gallon of milk. Anybody interested in their health should get these fish oil capsules.

These omega-3 fish oil are triple strength which is a lot of fish oil. I would much rather take one pill than 3! They are a little big but easy to take with milk or carbonation. Harder for me to get down with just water. No scent and no fishy aftertaste is a plus!

I got this stuff cause I heard that Omega 3s help repair your cells. I have incredibly crinkly skin as I am getting older and spent most of my life out in the sun. Omega -3 fish oil is great for my son. My 6 year old son is diagnosed with ADHD and I was told that fish oil and Omega 3 are great supplements that help with concentration and helping the body. He takes these every morning with other supplements and it helps him so much. I have even started taking them as well. Great product and easy to take. The pill size isn't so big so we don't have any trouble swallowing them. Love that it's not fishy tasting at all. Definitely great product
