They are sourced from wild Alaskan Pollock. I have seen many benefits from taking this product. My anxiety is reduced and my knees and stiff joints feel better. There is no bad aftertaste from these softgels. I will definitely be purchasing the Sports Research Omega 3 - Fish Oil after my current bottle runs out.

I really like the quality of this product! It has all the ingredients that are the most beneficial sources of omega 3. Additionally there is no fishy aftertaste, which is a great bonus. I have tried fish oil in the past and never cared for it just because of taste. I was very reluctant to ever try it again. I am glad I did try these because they have come a long way in making fish oil. These have no after taste and are easy to take. I feel pretty good after taking them for a few weeks. I plan to continue. The packaging is pretty neat looking. Black and sleek. I will recommend using these to my friends that like to workout.

I took this vitamin for about a week. I did notice that I felt a bit more energetic while taking it. Usually I feel fatigue and this helped with that. However, at about day 4 and after, I started getting headaches in the evening. There was nothing different in my daily routine or with what I was eating. So, I stopped taking this vitamin for that reason and the headaches stopped. Overall, I would say this vitamin does provide energy, but being that it is triple strength, it may be too high of a potency for some people.

I have never been much of a seafood eater so this is a great vitamin for me to be taking. I am getting older so this is an important one for me. These are good for my heart and my brain and I am just feeling better overall. I don't taste anything either when taking them. They are large and may be a little hard to swallow for some people but I got used to them quickly. I take just one a day with food and I will continue to use them!

It is hard to find good omega-3 vitamins nowadays. Most of the time the pills are huge and leave a fishy taste in your mouth for a few hours after if you do not eat anything. The pills are easy to swallow and I have not noticed any fishy taste even if I take them on an empty stomach. It is hard to get enough omega-3s in my diet so it feels crucial to supplement with vitamins. Would buy again!

This fish oil supplement is easy to swallow in gel cap form. It provides you with the daily Omegas that you need for healthy heart and brain function. One thing I have noticed is that when I work out hard and sweat a lot there is a slight fishy smell to my sweat. Other than that the supplement seems to be good quality.

I have tried many different brands of Omega-3 fish oils. Most at some point you have a taste of fish in your mouth. I do not get that with this product.
