Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil dietary supplement is incredible it is soft gel texture easy to consume makes me feel more healthy every time I use this product. It helps my skin my body helps me feel more confident and ready to start my day. These Omega 3 fish oil gel capsules are quite good so far. I like that they come in easy-to-swallow gel capsules, and don't leave a horrible aftertaste like some other fish oil supplements. I am hopeful that with continued use, I will start noticing some positive health benefits from this fish oil, but so far nothing has been too noticeable.
