This fish oil is wild -caught alaska pollock.It is very heart healthy.This fish oil also helps with joint flexabilty.All you need is one softgel daily with food.The softgel is quite large and may be hard to swallow for some people.I did not notice any fish oil taste after taking the softgel.It is quality tested and 5 star certified fish oil.

I love these fish oils for many reasons. The first is that it is only one capsule a day although it is a large one. The second is that there are no fishy burps after you take the fish oil. The third is that they are made from wild caught fish. These are the best fish oils I have found so far!

I've been hearing about the health benefits of Omega-3 for years now but figured I was sore out of luck due to my fish-free diet. I was wrong! The capsules aren't too big & are easy to take. I love taking supplements to keep my body filled with healthy bacteria. I have taken fish oils frm different brands, bt 1st time from Sports Research. It has certain ingredients like the Wild Caught Alaska Pollock Molecular Distilled Fish Oil Concentrate, that has EPA and DHA fatty acids, that helps to support the heart, brain & immune system. These fish oils capsules are the size of a regular fish oil. Since it's a fish oil, they go down really good smoothly down my throat. Capsules go down better, than any other form for me. No aftertaste, so i don't have that bitter taste in my mouth. These are non-GMO verified, hexane, soy & gluten free. Contains 1250mg fish oil & 1040mg omega. Contains 90 softgels. Sometimes i take with a meal just in case of stomach upset, so far haven't had that issue. They seem to work. So if u are in need of good fish oil from a great brand, that has no aftertaste & contains great ingredients & are easy to swallow, then try this brand, cause they work great.

I have taken fish oil supplements before and always hated them because of the fishy aftertaste that I would burp up. However, I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and this does not happen..Yay! These are slightly large for what I like in a supplement but they are easy to swallow. I drink a lot of water after so that helps.

This is a great product. My husband tends to have bad joint pain from being a painter most of his life, and he says that it seems to be helping him. It's a bit too big for my liking, but he says it's fine to him. I do like that it doesn't have a bad aftertaste or scent though. All in all, size aside, it is a good product. We recommend.

I love these omega-3 pills. Unlike other omega-3s I've had, there is zero fish odor or taste with these pills, which is fantastic.
