Sports Research Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil is a quality product that only needs to be taken once a day, preferably with food . One softgel equals three standard-sized fish oil softgels. Because of that, they are larger and more difficult for me to swallow. There was no smell when I opened the bottle, nor did they create a bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t have a problem with stomach upset or burping, which is good. Each softgel contains 1250 mg of wild Alaska pollock fish oil concentrate and a total of 1040 mg of omega-3 fatty acid. If you do not have a problem swallowing large capsules, then I do recommend them for their health benefits and the fact that it’s a once-a-day dose.

I've had this over a month and have been taking it daily. Omega3 fish oil is part of my vitamin regimen. This brand is great I don't have any fish aftertaste some other brands do. It also doesn't give me a stomach ache afterwards either. Win win for me! Highly recommend

I like that you only need to take 1 pill to get a good dose of omega-3's. With my old supplement, I had to take 2 pills and with the other supplements I take, adding just 1 more is nice! There is no taste to these soft gels and I can swallow them easily. I have not had any fish burps from these either.

I really love these omega- 3 fish oil pills they work great. They are a bit larger of a pill but still easy to swallow and slide right down. I think these pills are great. They are a soft gel pill, there is no fishy aftertaste either which I really love that because I don't like that fishy taste. It comes with 90 pills and best to take with food. They are a very high-quality product. I think sports research did a great job with this product and I'm very happy with these fish oil pills. They make me feel good and I can really feel a difference when I take these pills. They are definitely good for my health and make me feel better every day.
