I have taken this for years it helps alot with my joints. So they dont get stiff ,nice product all around.

I love these soft gels. They are small enough to swallow without choking on them. I didn't have any fish burps like I did with other fish oil.

The Sports Research Omega fish oil is really great. There is no bad taste. I would highly recommend.

I have high cholesterol and heard this may help to lower it. I will be including these in my daily pill regimen. They are pretty big gelcaps.

I recently just got into taking vitamins and these are great! Just one pill of this fish oil has 3 times the amount of normal pills!

Great supplement to incorporate into my daily routine. The gels are on the bigger side but at least there's not a heavy fish smell.
