I was afraid these supplements would have one of those weird after tastes but they don't. There is no weird taste at all, actually. They go down smoothly and don't smell weird. Also, the packaging is modern and sophisticated which I like.

This omega 3 fish oil supplement seems to be well made. Easy to swallow and most importantly, no fishy burps that can occur with some other brands.

These fish oil gel capsules are quite large, BUT you only need to take 1 per day. They do not smell fishy! They do not taste fishy!

Sport research fish oil is a good fish oil supplement but I took away one star because I got a headache each time I took it.

I have high cholesterol and heard this may help to lower it. I will be including these in my daily pill regimen. They are pretty big gelcaps.
