These fish oil pills have no fish taste at all, nor any chemical taste, which sometimes soft gels do. They are neutral tasting, and they get very slippery in my mouth, so they are very easy to swallow. I love that they are certified sustainable and I can feel good about not contributing to over-fishing or harming the marine eco-system. I love that they are triple strength, because it's a lot nicer to take one pill and get a higher dosage, but they are not three times bigger, which I appreciate. I've been taking them every day and have had no problems.

This is a good quality fish oil, isn't gross or rancid like some out there. Many manufacturers don't use quality products and you can tell from the smell and it'll make me sick but this one doesn't smell and doesn't make my stomach upset either. I can't really speak on it's effectiveness, as with any supplements you just kinda take them religiously and hope they do what they're supposed to since you don't notice anything. But it does seem to be a quality product so I'm sure it's worth the money for fish oil.
