I received this product to try and review and I'm glad that I did. I've been taking them daily since receiving them and I've begun to notice a slight difference in how I feel. I am going to keep taking them to really get the most out of them.

Quality and ingredients are excellent. I'm taking it for anti inflammation for my joint pain. Benefits of fish oil are in proven. Taste and packaging are ok. This is good for all ages.
