Intake these everyday and love them! My hair and nails are growing strong. No more brittle nails for this lady!!! Totally would recommend to everyone who has issues with weak nails !!

I figured that I would try this supplement because I really don't like eating fish. I just don't like the taste of it. This way I can take the fish oil and get the benefits of the fish with out having to eat it.
