I've been taking this omega 3 fish oil supplement for about 3 weeks now. They are easy to swallow and do not leave a "fishy" aftertaste like some others I have tried in the past.

These Omega-3 fish oil soft gels are easy to take. They are made from wild Alaska Pollock fish. You only have to take one soft gel in comparison to other fish oil soft gels which you have to take three.

This omega-3 supplement is quite good. It has a lot of omega-3 fatty acids per soft gel, meaning I take less pills per day. Only give it 4 stars since one time I had the fish oil “taste” appear 1 hour after taking pill.

For some reason I've never enjoyed the fish taste or smell. Shrimp is the expensive snack if you have the money. Perfect vitamin for anyone in same boat.

Got this due to me being told by my doctor that my cholesterol is a bit too high & i had read that fish oil will help decrease it along with lowering my fat intake. Took it for a month & walla, lower triglycerides!

we switched to this brand because the other brand tasted really bad. these ones are affordable and they have a much better taste. they are not as fishy tasting as the other brands that i have tried.
