These Omega-3 fish oils are an awesome vitamin to add to anyone's daily vitamins. Omega 3 fish oil is an excellent vitamin to take and it will help your body, mind, and heart. Just don't expect results to happen instantly, have patience and give it at least a month.

These omega-3 fish oil capsules is amazing. After using this for more than 2 weeks I can definitely feel a different in my body. My blood work event came back better and no cholesterol like before . The capsules is easy to swallow and doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth. This is a great brand and I’ll continue to use this product in my daily routine.

I grew up on fish oil and one of the things I hated was burping after. It was embarrassing and gross! I don’t repeat these pills, I take one and that’s it.. SNL gross burping. The packing is very nice and the details/ingredients are very well laid out. The pill is large, but the softgel makes it very easy to swallow for those that have a hard time with larger pills. No awful aftertaste. The triple strength is amazing - so only 1 pill a day! So far, very happy with the product.

This has a high level of EPA and DHA and has been 3rd party tested, which is important when you choose a fish oil product. What I love about it is that it is triple strength, you only have to take 1 pill instead of 3 pills during the day! Most adults have had the Doctor instruct them to take 3 pills throughout the day, many times that doesn't happen! I know my husband and I are guilty of this. This will make it much easier when we go on vacation as we don't have to take a large bottle of fish oil with us. These pills are easy to swallow, with no fishy aftertaste!

It's scientifically proven that we should all incorporate omega-3 into our diets. It's important to do so daily as well. They are very easy to take with water in the morning. I was afraid because they were large that they would get stuck in my throat but they went down like taking nothing at all.

I like how this fish oil doesn't have an aftertaste like others do. The pill is a bit large, so I suggest taking it by itself if you take any others, it would be hard to get down if you have other pills to take at the same time. But, all in all, this is a great thing to take for your health.

Just one capsule of this Sports Research omega 3 has more benefits than 1 single capsule of any regular omega 3. It’s a huge pill, honestly but it provides so much for my body and I feel healthier. It’s non gmo , gluten free and there’s no fishy smell.
