I’ve tried lots of fish oil brands through the years and not all of them are created equal. This one though met all my expectations and didn’t even leave a fishy aftertaste. The capsules are large but it makes for easy dosage and the first improvement I noticed was my hair seemed glossier. While that’s only aesthetic, the benefits of taking fish oil is well documented all around. I definitely feel better for having begun taking it again. I’d recommend this brand hands down.

I needed to take fish oil to take as a supplement along with a medication I just started. I started them as soon as received, and I like them. One of the side effects of the medication I am taking is joint pain and hair loss. I was told to take fish oil to avoid the pain and keep my hair healthy… So far I have not had any joint pain whatsoever and l even noticed a decrease in hair loss. I always had trouble swallowing big pills, and while these are pretty large, I have no trouble swallowing at all probably due to their shape. It does not upset my stomach either.
