Great stuff. No fishy smell/taste. Which is a huge plus. I take one a day after eating lunch and I haven't had any side effects, like an upset stomach, or belching. I do believe I get more of this when I run out!

I am really surprised that these soft gels are so easy to swallow considering their size. I would still rather that they were about half the size. There are made from sustainability sourced Alaskan Pollock.
