I got these about a month ago as a supplement. I have a heart condition, so my doctor recommended taking these daily. These are very easy to digest and I do not have any side effects. I highly recommend this product.

I received the Omega 3 fish oil capsules and have been taking them for about 10 days. They are a gel capsule so fairly easy to swallow. No fishy aftertaste. Nice that they are strong enough to only need one a day

I try the omega-3 fish oil. It said it is good for joints. I hope is it works my hip been hurting bad seen I fall down. I am going to buy more if it works so hopeful it does.
